Wahooo! It has been two whole weeks now since Saige and Savannah have slept from 9 PM until about 5:30 AM or 6 AM. They are such good babies, I couldn't have asked for better babies. They are gettiing so big now. Both have been smiling like crazy and now are starting to giggle a little. Both have become very aware of when Mommy or Daddy come into the room. They follow our voices with their eyes to try and find us. That is a great feeling, because it is like their own way to let us know how much we mean to them! Also, they get a little fussy when we leave the room or they can't see us.
Saige's favorite things:
Bouncer
Einstein (play center)
Swing
Laying on Daddy's chest
Eating
Sleeping
Getting her diaper changed
BATH TIME!
Mommy
Cuddling
When Mommy sings nursery rymes
Story time
Saige dislikes:
Hickups
Formula
Not being able to see Mommy or Daddy
Changing clothes
Things on her head
Savannah's favorite things:
Swing (hands down)
Cuddling
Laying on Daddy's chest
Sleeping
Eating
Bath time
Loves to be held
Being wrapped up for nap time
Patty Cake
When Mommy sings nursery rymes
Savannah's dislikes:
Being strapped down in the car seat
Formula
Lying on the floor
All binkies except for the big, ugly, green hospital ones
Getting her hair done
It is very interesting to witness their different personalities. Savannah is a very picky little girl, she is therefore, our DRAMA QUEEN! They both, are so much fun!

Walk'n 4 Charlie
On May 17th, Saige, Savannah, and I did steps for Charlie in the BIAU 5K. There is a teacher at one of my schools who's nephew developed Spinal Meningitis. Me and a few other teachers from the school decided to support their family and take steps for Charlie! I have posted the You Tube video from the 5K. In this one, it shows all the participants that were there to support Charlie. In the big group picture about 7 seconds into the video, we are next to the bag-pipe guy on the far left with the stroller. You can also see his story on his link under my friends and family linked to my blog.
Charlie is the first little guy you see. We are about 44 seconds into the second video below. It was fun! The picture is with Michele (a teacher at one of my schools) and her 10 month old little guy, Sammy. We did attempt to run some of it towards the end. I would say only 1/4 mile we actually ran! But hey, who's counting? At least I ran some! Besides, its only been 3 months since I delivered twins!

Work'n on 9 to 5
This last week, Saige and Savannah have slept a total of 3 days (here and there) from 9 o'clock at night until 5 o'clock in the morning. The first night they did that was great, but guess who still got up? ME! They normally get up sometime around 3 o'clock and I was worried that something was the matter with them. So I would go in and check to make sure they were still breathing. We will keep trying, though. Bryce and I have found, if we put them to bed by 9:30 PM, there is a good chance they will sleep at least until 3:30 AM.
Bryce is a great Daddy! He is so helpful and loves his little girls! He refers to them as either Baby-cakes or The Slugs! Either way, Saige and Savannah love their Daddy! I too, have my own names: Saiger or Saigee and Savy or Vannah.

Blessings

Bryce was able to bless Saige and Savannah on Mother's Day. I couldn't have asked for a more special day for me and my Mother's Day! They were blessed with so many things that will only help them in their lives! My girls bring me such joy and they are such wonderful blessings that have entered into my life. I am so grateful I that the spirit told me not to giving up on being able to have kids of my own! It was almost as if Saige and Savannah were talking to me and telling me to try something else one last time, instead of adopting! I am so, so, so glad I was listening!
Say Cheese!

We got our family pictures taken. The girls were so well behaved when we took the outside pictures, then they started getting a little fussy when we went inside. But we still got some great shots. Saige and Savannah are getting sooo big, so fast. They are already 12 weeks old! It is hard to imagine than not to long ago, we were dressing them in preemie clothes and brought them home from the hospital. Both girls are smiling a ton, kicking their feet, and following Mom and Dad around as we walk by. They love to be held by Daddy on his big chest and cuddle! Savannah is doing much better and not spitting up so much. Saige, she is the easiest baby ever! Tuesday night, we finally got one full night of sleep. Since then, they have done one more night without waking up. They are getting to be such big girls!
Graduated Whit and Babies!

On April 29, 2008 was my last night of class. Saturday, May 3, 2008 was my graduation from the University of Phoneix with a Masters in School Counseling. It feels soooooooooooo great to be finished. Every Tuesday for the last 2 1/2 years, I have been working towards my graduate degree. I am finally there. Wahhoooooo! Anyway, I got my final grade in time to make the cut-off for more money with the school district. That is an extra bonus on top of being finished with school. I also was able to walk with both Saige and Savannah in my arms, across the stage. It was fun! The guy that is in the picture handed me 3 fake diplomas!
